The Evelina Blooms team will arrive ahead of your ceremony to take care of delivery and setup at one location within 35 miles of the Greater Seattle area, as included in your original contract. If your venue is a bit farther out, we’re happy to accommodate with a small per-mile travel fee.

Your ceremony florals can live beyond a single moment. We offer repurposing services to help you transition from your ceremony to your reception. Additional fees apply, and feasibility depends on the complexity and size of each piece. More information is provided below!

Sustainability is woven into everything we do. We practice a leave-no-trace approach, thoughtfully packing out every item we bring to your event. All rental pieces remain the property of Evelina Blooms to be cherished in future celebrations, maintaining a circular model.

Our ground floral designs offer a refined yet organic way to elevate your event space. From aisle flowers that softly line the ceremony path to sculptural ground arches that act as the focal point, these arrangements bring depth and dimension. Designed with versatility in mind, aisle flowers can be repurposed for the reception by transforming into ground flowers at the sweetheart or head table.
Designed for Reuse
We are all about reuse! Every element of your ceremony florals is created to transition seamlessly into the reception. Pedestal florals can be repurposed as statement pieces for tables or bar tops, while aisle flowers find a second life framing entryways or grounding the base of a table. This approach not only maximizes your investment but ensures your flowers continue to enhance the experience throughout every moment of your celebration.
Add Some Swag!
Our add-on floral swag packages are designed to enhance existing structures with floral accents. Think — architectural pillars, archways, altar backdrops, ceremony frames, or a gazebo.
These packages include the florals only and do not include the structure itself. This can be added to The Opal Collection rental, as a semi-custom option, or to a fully customized order. Starting at $200 each, we’ll guide you in selecting the number of swags to achieve your desired look!
